Hosted by Duval-based hip-hop artist Mr. Al Pete, the Neighborhood airs at 8 p.m. A musician, DJ, podcaster and journalist, Mr. Al Pete is a regular contributor to JME and the founder of The MPN Network, a website that covers arts, music and culture.
