JME - Jacksonville Music Experience (https://jaxmusic.org), a service of WJCT, Inc., respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In keeping with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, which can be download from the US Copyright Office website, it is our policy to respond promptly to claims of intellectual property misuse and to remove any content that infringes upon the copyright of another party when properly notified.

Notifications of Infringement

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the content that was removed or to which access was disabled is not infringing, or you believe you have the appropriate rights to use this material from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. A description of the content that has been removed and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which WJCT, Inc. may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Removal Process
