The Winterland music festival returns with three days of music in James Weldon Johnson Park in Downtown Jacksonville. Day two is headlined by singer-songwriter Caroline Rose and features Cumgilr8, Ebony Payne-English, Ava Mendoza, Bebe Deluxe, Laney Tripp, Rambler Kane, Rude Television, Lindsey Mills (of Surfer Blood), Ebonique and Huan.
