With a career spanning over 40 years, the jazz fusion band Spyro Gyra, has over 30 albums and 10 million copies sold to their name, including two big pop hits, “Shaker Song” and “Morning Dance.” Combining elements of jazz, R&B, funk and pop, they pioneered the smooth jazz format, earning 4 Grammy Awards and 8 additional nominations along the way.
This is a partnership of Florida Theatre on the Road and WJCT. This event will be held at the WJCT Soundstage.
